Incredibly beautiful hotel, it offers excellent services and particularly good location near to a restaurant and bar, garden and the downtown area. The rooms are well decorated and huge with a private safe, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The bathroom is large and the bed is comfortable.

everything was perfect during 4 days, greatly enjoyed its favourable location adjacent to a restaurant and bar, the center of san miguel and the centro. in general the staff were affable and excellent. the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. we had an amazing stay at this countryside hotel.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was well-kept and quiet, it had stunning location so close to a taxi and the center of San Miguel and el centro. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a private safe, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The bathroom was also large and included bathtubs, which I liked. The service provided there was excellent. Food was good and I have nothing but fine memories from this trip.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfy. The hotel is also pet friendly and could not have been nicer to us and our dog. Whenever we travel through Puebla this will always be our hotel of choice.

Beautiful view of city . The rooms were spacious.
We did not have enough hot water for a shower for two people and there was not any in the morning. The Internet was only in the desk area. We thought we would have it in our room.

The rooms were spacious and had a nice patio area. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the center of the city. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the service was friendly.
The staff at the reception were not very helpful and lacked good customer service. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with hair found on the blankets, bathroom floor, tub, and sink.
